Our experienced coaches will guide you through launching an internationally-tailored personal brand, assessing and honing your interview skills, and equipping you with a personalized employment search strategy. Meet Our Team

Mwamba Johnson – [Coach]

Mwamba is a Certified Career Coaching candidate passionate about helping individuals optimize self-leadership, create more significant influence, and generate positive organizational impact. He is emphatic about assisting others in leveraging resources, relationships, and technology to solve real-world challenges as an expression of the love of Christ. He has a B.S. in Finance from Tuskegee University and various certifications in individual leadership assessments such as RightPath 4 & RightPath 6 and RightPath 360 and Myers-Briggs.

Mwamba has worked with emergent leaders for almost two decades, coached vocational missionaries in sustainability practices, and led a non-profit as Executive Director. As a staff of Perimeter Church for nine years, he served as Area Director for College Campus Outreach. He was a frequent communicator and strategist for various retreats, conferences, mission trips, and staff development training.

Mwamba has leveraged his skills to contribute to the leadership of a diverse team of 20 staff serving seven campuses in the Atlanta area. Mwamba has documented visionary leadership, exceptional organizational management, and people skills. Before his role at Perimeter Church, Mwamba served other businesses as a Marketing Director and Life Coach. As a self-aware, culturally astute, and entrepreneurially driven leader, he focuses on coaching Marketplace Workers along their journey toward international employment.

Rhiannon King – [Program Specialist]

Rhiannon has enjoyed an exciting and varied career in healthcare around the world. Originally from England, she graduated from the University of Southampton, UK with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2001.

She worked for several hospitals within the British National Health Service before taking her skills overseas. She then worked as a Physiotherapist in three other countries, including four years in post-conflict nations in West Africa. During this time, she trained local rehab therapists as well as managed a team of occupational and physical therapists onboard the world’s largest non-governmental hospital ship.

Since moving to the US, Rhiannon has been advising and placing international workers into vocational service opportunities all over the world.

She is passionate about developing people and empowering them to reach their full potential, as well as helping others find ways to make an impact around the world. She is a Pilates fan, loves spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book or having a cup of tea with friends.
